Since 1981, they have been an advocacy leader in representing the critical needs of survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault. The SCCADVASA staff works to make the community aware of issues, problems, policy and legislation regarding Domestic Violence & Sexual Assault.

The site allows you to find your legislator, track bills, search current legistation, budget information, code of laws, code of regulations, the Constitution, House journals and Senate journals. .

SOVA ::: SOVA is South Carolina's State Office of Victim Assistance, providing help with certain types of crime related costs (including domestic violence). In every case, the expense has to be linked to losses from injury or death as a result of the crime. SOVA applications (in both English and Spanish) as well as supplemental forms are available online.
