UPCOMING SAFE HARBOR EVENTS

LADIE'S NIGHT OF INDULGENCE - Tuesday, February 7, 4:00-8:00pm at the Ballenger House in Seneca. If you love to have fun, mingle and feel indulged, you will love this event. Enjoy a fun evening with food and drink samples. Demonstrations on the latest updo's, massage, facials, manicures, nutrition, fitness and health just to name a few. Many prizes will be raffled! This event is FREE to the public but registration is required. Donations will be accepted at the door and 100% of the proceeds will go to Safe Harbor. Tickets MAY still be available at the door if space is available. JOIN US FOR “FASHION WITH A PASSION” – Thursday, February 9, 6pm-9pm.  Safe Harbor’s 2012 Fashion with a Passion presented by Southwest Airlines at Huguenot Mill in downtown Greenville is sure to be an event that you will NOT want to miss!  A fabulous fashion show with the latest styles from the local boutiques, a silent auction with incredible items and vacations up for bidding, great drinks and food from Table 301...bring your friends and join us for this incredible event!  Additional information and online registration are available at www.fashionwithapassionsc.org.

PROM PICKS –Saturday, March 17 from 12-4pm.  On March 17, Memorial United Methodist Church in Greer will be hosting a gently-used prom dress sale.  All dresses are $25, and all proceeds will benefit Safe Harbor!  Dresses that are not sold will be donated to the Safe Harbor Resale Shop.  If you are interested in donating dresses to the sale, please drop them at the Safe Harbor Resale Shop (2111-J North Pleasantburg Rd. In Greenville) and let one of our store managers know that you are donating dresses for the “Prom Picks” sale.

SAVE THE DATE FOR THE 2012 SAFE HARBOR RUN – Saturday, April 28, in downtown Greenville.  Details and registration information will be available soon!

SAVE THE DATE FOR “ISSAQUEENA’S LAST RIDE” – Saturday, April 28, 9:00am.  This is the 16th year of Issaqueena's Last Ride that offers 32, 61 and 100-mile loops out of Walhalla, SC. The two longer rides start with a tour of the Blue Ridge foothills and then climb the Blue Ridge Escarpment. From there it's a long descent back to Walhalla on the ridge that separates the Chattooga River valley from upstate South Carolina. Breakfast, rest area refreshments and post ride dinner are provided. CHARITY DINNER NIGHT - Wednesday, May 16, 7-9pm at the Tiki Hut Lakeside Grill on Lake Keowee in Seneca.  Enjoy a free Italian dinner, and make a donation to Safe Harbor in lieu of dinner costs.  We’ll also be raising awareness about domestic violence with Safe Harbor materials, Domestic Violence facts and stats, and giveaways as well!
