In 2016, Safe Harbor received $57,000 from the S.C. state budget. These dollars helped Safe Harbor to offer life-saving services for survivors of domestic violence and their children and to provide innovative domestic/dating violence prevention programming in middle schools and high schools throughout the Upstate.
