Education and Outreach

We think it’s important to teach the public—parents, children, community groups, businesses, faith communities and professionals who deal with the victims and perpetrators of domestic violence.  A key part of our mission is coordinating a sustained effort to reduce domestic violence in the Upstate.

Members of the Safe Harbor staff are available to discuss a range of topics, including the dynamics of family violence and Safe Harbor services and needs. We also offer workshops, training, and conferences for law enforcement, medical professionals, faith leaders, educators and members of the judicial system.
