Butterfly Award
Purpose: To recognize a Safe Harbor team member who actively contributes to our mission by providing pathways for survivors of domestic abuse to not only survive but thrive. They embody the mission and values of Safe Harbor and exemplifies a collaborative, engaging attitude while operating in their role to best serve the clients, staff, volunteers, and stakeholders.

Purpose: To recognize an administrative team member who demonstrates exceptional skill, dedication, and professionalism in an administrative role. This award celebrates vital support and efficiency, enhancing communication, and driving success within the workplace.

Purpose: To recognize an outstanding staff member who demonstrates exceptional commitment to creating positive change and fostering a more equitable society by promoting the needs of domestic abuse survivors. By celebrating these contributions, we aim to highlight the transformative impact of resale initiatives on the lives of survivors, fostering independence and community engagement while promoting awareness of domestic abuse issues.
