2021 Safe Harbor Diva Regatta Raffle

Official Raffle Rules

Prizes:

1. 2011 EZ-GO TXT 48V Golf Cart - features a silver body, flip seat, lights, 2-piece windshield, mirror and brand new batteries. Fair market value of $3,750.00. One winner will be chosen.

2. Pair of Round Trip Southwest Airlines Tickets - eligible for domestic and international travel and valid through April 1, 2021. Fair market value of $800.00. Two winners will be chosen.

3. RYOBI Lithium-Ion Brushless Cordless Walk Behind Self-Propelled Mower - features 21-inch durable steel deck and self-propelled technology, brushless motor for increased run time and gas-like power, and includes 40-Volt ultra high capacity 7.5 Ah battery and charger. Fair market value of $499.00. One winner will be chosen.

Prizes will be presented or delivered to the winners (if not present on day of event.) Prizes are not transferable, cannot be reproduced, used in conjunction with any other promotional offer, or redeemed as cash.

Price of Raffle Ticket: $50 for EZ-GO Golf Cart, $25 for Pair of Round Trip Southwest Airlines Tickets, and $10 for RYOBI Lithium-Ion Brushless Cordless Walk Behind Self-Propelled Mower. 

How to Enter: The Safe Harbor Diva Regatta Raffle will begin on March 5, 2021 and end on May 1, 2021 at 8am (Raffle Period). Tickets can be purchased on the event website.

Method by which the winners will be determined and the raffle will be conducted: The drawing will be held at the Diva Regatta on May 1, 2021. Winners need not be present to win. The winners will be determined by a random drawing of purchased tickets. The winners will be notified via contact information supplied during the ticket purchase. Winners will have 30 days from the notification of the winning to confirm their address and their acceptance of the prize won.

If a selected winner is unable to be contacted or located after a period of 30 days from the drawing date of the raffle, or if the selected winner declines acceptance of the prize, an alternate winner will be chosen from the remaining entries.

Must be 18 years or older to purchase raffle tickets.

As a condition of being awarded a prize, winners will be required to execute a signed affidavit of eligibility and acceptance of these Official Rules and release of liability. If a winner fails to submit the release of liability, winner forfeits the prize and an alternate winner will be drawn from remaining entries.

The prize winners will be solely responsible for all applicable federal and state taxes and any expenses associated with the prize, unless otherwise indicated.

Odds: Actual odds of winning are based upon the number of eligible entries received. Each eligible entry shall have a chance of winning that is equal to that of all other entries in the Raffle.

Contingency plan for inclement weather or other extenuating circumstances if the raffle can not be conducted as planned: In the event of extenuating circumstances, if the raffle cannot be conducted as planned on May 1, 2021 the Raffle will be completed on the next available business day at 12pm.

Refund Policy: No ticket refunds will be given.

Compliance with the Law: All raffle proceeds directly benefit Safe Harbor, a registered 501(c)3 non-profit organization. All issues concerning construction and execution of this Raffle will be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of South Carolina. This raffle is void where and to the extent prohibited by law.
