On Thursday, March 6, over 450 guests gathered at the Poinsett Club for an evening of unforgettable fashion, food, and fun benefiting Safe Harbor. Guests enjoyed exciting silent and live auctions, and the runway show featured the latest Spring styles from local boutiques including: Copper Penny, Monkees of the West End, Muse Show Studio, Petals Boutique, Pink Bee, Savvy, Southern Tide, Vestique, Wisteria Salon and the Safe Harbor Resale Shop. Kay Davis, a Safe Harbor supporter and survivor of domestic violence, shared her story of hope with the crowd.
Through Safe Harbor’s 2014 Fashion with a Passion event, $130,000 was raised for Safe Harbor’s mission, vastly exceeding its 2013 fundraising total of $80,000.
